What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name if supplied, selected service and message. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and, if you become a client, manage the work. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
How information is used
We process project enquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract, and client information to deliver agreed services. We also have a legitimate interest in keeping appropriate business records and protecting the website. Where a legal obligation requires records to be retained, we keep them for that purpose.
Storage and access
Enquiries and client records are stored in our private client management system. Hosting and storage are provided through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. These providers process information to operate the service. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list through the enquiry form.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, deliver the project and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and may have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Call 07984 983964 or submit the website enquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website technology and external links
We do not currently use advertising trackers on this website. Essential hosting and sign-in technology supports site operation and the private owner portal. Links to Facebook and client websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
